At seventeen, I was still exploring my strengths and passions. With a natural leaning towards physics and hands-on work, I received university offers in both engineering and medical science, yet neither felt fully aligned. Clarity came when I accompanied my mother to her chiropractic appointment. Witnessing the care, intention and connection in the room left a lasting impression. For the first time, I saw a profession that seamlessly blended science, touch and human connection and that moment set me on the path to chiropractic and holistic care.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe health is best supported through an integrative approach, moving with intention, nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods, prioritising quality rest and supporting the nervous system to function with ease. My philosophy is grounded in living in rhythm with the season, supporting the body with seasonal eating, cleansing and living a low-tox lifestyle that feels grounded, intentional and sustainable.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
I find joy in life’s simple pleasures, ocean sunsets, sunrise meditations, forest hikes, Pilates, strength training and high-intensity workouts.
On weekends, I enjoy wandering through farmers markets for fresh seasonal produce, then spending time in the kitchen creating nourishing meals to share with loved ones.
SKILLS & TECHNIQUES
Since graduating from Murdoch University in 2006, I have been a practising Australian-registered chiropractor with nearly two decades of experience, with a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal. My approach is personalised, integrating manual traditional diversified chiropractic adjustments, high-speed low-force techniques, soft tissue therapy, postural correction, core-strengthening exercises and breathing strategies to help patients feel aligned, resilient and connected to their overall wellbeing.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Upon graduation, I began my career in Perth at Claremont Chiropractic Clinic and Safety Bay Chiropractic Clinic, followed by six months practising in Malaysia.
In 2008, I moved to Melbourne, working across several established clinics including Back in Care Chiropractic and Beaconsfield Chiropractic Clinic.
In 2012, I founded QV Chiropractic Clinic in the Melbourne CBD, expanding to offer consultations at QV FITNESS FIRST gymnasium. During the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, the practice relocated to 350 Collins Street.
Since August 2025, I have joined the team at Power Wellness Group, continuing to provide dedicated chiropractic care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
