‘Sally Foo Chiropractor’ takes great care to ensure that our information records are accurate and are treated with full regard to the privacy of our patients. Following is an outline of the privacy policy of our practice.

The health information ‘Sally Foo Chiropractor’ holds helps to provide our patients with the best possible health care, and is normally disclosed only to other health care practitioners – such as the patient’s doctor – involved in their treatment (or where disclosure is required by law). If ‘Sally Foo Chiropractor’ needs to disclose information about a patient to people other than those associated with their treatment, we will seek the patient’s permission first.
‘Sally Foo Chiropractor’ has systems in place to protect the security of your health records. Your personal information will be kept secure at all times and is protected from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

‘Sally Foo Chiropractor’ recognizes that chiropractic care may not be suitable  for everyone. Chiropractic care is not a treatment for ‘medical  conditions’ however; concurrent care may be beneficial in some cases.

Due diligence will be undertaken to determine if chiropractic care is  suitable for you and any risks will be discussed prior to any  treatment. If you are unsuitable for care, appropriate referral will  be provided.
